EMS Body Contouring
Sculpt. Tone. Tighten. Strengthen.
Advanced electromagnetic muscle stimulation combined with radiofrequency technology targets core, glute, arm, and thigh muscle and tissue to strengthen, tone, and enhance contour — all without surgery or downtime.
The challenge of simultaneously reducing fat and building muscle is one that conventional training struggles to solve efficiently. EMS Body Contouring addresses both goals in a single session by combining high-intensity electromagnetic muscle stimulation with radiofrequency energy.
Electromagnetic stimulation drives supramaximal muscle contractions — far beyond what voluntary exercise can achieve — triggering deep muscle fiber remodeling and toning. Radiofrequency energy simultaneously works on the overlying tissue to tighten skin and support the sculpted result.
The outcome is a firmer, more defined physique in targeted areas, with no surgery, no needles, and no recovery time required.

What a Session Feels Like
Applicators are secured to the target area and the session begins with introductory contraction cycles. Within minutes, intense involuntary muscle contractions are noticeable — unlike anything achievable through exercise. Intensity is adjustable. Radiofrequency warmth accompanies the stimulation. Between contraction bursts, tapping sequences help flush metabolic byproducts.

For the curious: how EMS Body Contouring works in the body, the studies behind it, and the areas researchers are exploring. Tap a topic to open it.
How it works in the body
Electromagnetic energy penetrates tissue and activates motor neurons in target muscle groups, inducing contractions at intensities beyond voluntary effort. These contractions stress and remodel muscle fibers, driving strength and definition gains. Radiofrequency energy simultaneously heats surrounding tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and skin tightening for a more contoured result.
Electromagnetic stimulation induces supramaximal muscle contractions, remodeling muscle fibers for improved tone and strength
Radiofrequency energy heats dermal and subdermal tissue, stimulating collagen synthesis and skin tightening
Combined effect improves both muscle definition and overlying skin quality
Results continue to develop over 4–8 weeks as tissue remodeling completes

HIFEM and the Abdomen
In a study of 22 people, four HIFEM treatments with the Emsculpt device were evaluated by MRI (Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, 2019).
- ·18.6% average reduction in abdominal fat thickness
- ·15.4% average increase in abdominal muscle thickness
- ·10.4% less abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
- ·Changes held at six months, with no adverse events
