Pick Your Therapies
A recovery specialist helps you choose the right modalities for your sport and schedule when you arrive.
Your Session
Most visits run 45 to 60 minutes. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off, whichever works for your family.
How to Prepare for Your Session
Come Clean
Skip lotion, oil, sunscreen, and self-tanner on the day of your session. Light-based therapies (red light, HOCATT) and EMS need direct contact with your skin to work, and residue can block the effect.
Arrive Hydrated
Drink water throughout the day before your appointment, not just right before. Hydration meaningfully affects how your body responds to cryo, infrared, hyperbaric, and compression sessions.
Dress for It
Comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing works best for body sculpting, cryo, and compression sessions. Athletic wear is fine to wear straight from practice or a game.
Eat a Light Meal
Don’t show up on an empty stomach, especially before hyperbaric oxygen or sauna sessions. A light meal an hour or two beforehand is ideal, nothing heavy or rich right before.
Have a specific injury, skin condition, or medical concern? Let your recovery specialist know when you arrive, some sessions are adjusted or skipped based on what's appropriate for you that day.
