The Light
LifeWave lists these wavelengths for the X₂O’s light infusion. Newer LifeWave materials describe six wavelengths in all.
LifeWave’s view: water can interact with electromagnetic fields, including those created by light. During the cycle, groups of water molecules begin to move together in a highly organized way, and those structures help hold the activity of the selected wavelengths. What Research Shows About These Colors of Light
These studies shine light on the skin or eyes. They show what these wavelengths do in the body, not what drinking light-infused water does.
In a University of Arizona trial, 29 people with migraines sat in green LED light 1 to 2 hours a day for 10 weeks. Headache days fell from about 22 to 9 a month in chronic migraine, and from about 8 to 2 in episodic migraine, with no side effects reported.
Cephalalgia, 2021 →In a randomized, double-blind study of 76 people, 633 nm LED light on the face twice a week for 4 weeks reduced wrinkles by up to 36% and increased skin elasticity by up to 19%, with more collagen seen under the microscope.
J Photochem Photobiol B, 2007 →At University College London, a single 3-minute exposure to 670 nm light improved color vision for a week in adults aged 37 to 70, which the researchers tied to better mitochondrial function. They explain that long red wavelengths thin the layer of water around the cell’s energy “motors,” helping them make energy.
