LifeWave patches are small, adhesive wellness patches you wear on the skin. They contain no drugs, chemicals, or stimulants — instead, they use phototherapy, reflecting your own body's light back into the skin rather than releasing anything into it.
We use and recommend LifeWave patches as a take-home complement to the in-spa modalities we offer at MK Wellness — a way to extend your protocol on the days you're not in our space.

Phototherapy, Not Transdermal
Each patch contains a proprietary material that reflects specific wavelengths of light back into the skin — nothing is injected or absorbed into the bloodstream.
No Drugs, Chemicals, or Stimulants
Patches contain no active ingredients that cross the skin. The effect is based on light reflection, not chemical delivery.
Simple, Wearable Protocol
Apply a patch to clean, dry skin and wear it for a set window — typically 12 hours on, 12 hours off — then discard and repeat.

What Is Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu)?
GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring peptide already present in the human body, built from three amino acids — glycine, histidine, and lysine — bound to copper. Levels of it are known to be highest in youth and to decline with age.
Importantly, the X39 patch does not contain GHK-Cu and does not deliver it, or anything else, through the skin. The patch reflects specific wavelengths of the body's own infrared light back into the skin — a non-transdermal phototherapy effect — which LifeWave's research associates with the body producing more of its own GHK-Cu.

How Patches Are Typically Worn
Apply a patch to clean, dry, hairless skin. Most patches are worn for 12 hours on, then removed and discarded — a new patch can be applied after a 12-hour break. Staying well hydrated while wearing patches is generally recommended. Always follow the specific instructions included with your order, and check with your physician first if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
