What It's Designed For

IceWave is designed for temporary, occasional relief of minor aches after activity — without drugs or topical creams. It uses a white-and-tan two-patch pairing, applied at two different points rather than on top of each other.

This is general wellness information. IceWave is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The Science

What IceWave Signals: Acupuncture-Point Phototherapy

IceWave isn't tied to a single peptide — it works by reflecting light onto acupuncture points near the area of discomfort, the same points used in acupuncture and acupressure.

The white and tan patches are placed as a pair, following the same gate-control and endorphin-related mechanisms proposed to explain acupuncture itself.

In Plain Terms

  • •Point-based, not peptide-based — placement location matters most
  • •Tan and white patches go at two different points, not stacked together
  • •Builds on acupuncture's existing (if separately debated) body of research, not LifeWave-specific peptide studies

Finding the Placement Points

Sore AreaTan on the sore spot, white nearby
KD1Sole, a third of the way down from the toesWhite on right, tan on left

Pick one location. Drawings show your body the way you see it, so your right side is on the right.

KD1Sole of the foot, in the hollow about a third of the way down from the toes

Use your own fingers to measure, since finger widths scale to your body.

IceWave comes as a white and tan pair. Finding the right spot can take a few tries, see the clock and bracket methods.
