X39 is LifeWave's most widely used patch, designed to support the body's own natural repair processes as part of a general wellness routine. It's the foundation patch most people start with before adding others.

What X39 Signals: GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring peptide already present in the body, built from three amino acids bound to copper. Levels are highest in youth and decline with age.
X39 does not contain or deliver GHK-Cu through the skin — it reflects the body's own infrared light back into it, a non-transdermal effect LifeWave's research associates with the body producing more of its own GHK-Cu.

How to Use X39
Aim for at least 6–12 months of consistent use.

Pick one location. Drawings show your body the way you see it, so your right side is on the right.
Use your own fingers to measure, since finger widths scale to your body.
Protocols That Use X39
Daily FoundationX39
- X39 on GV14 or CV6
12 hours on, 12 off, every day. This is the base every other routine builds on.
Recovery & PerformanceX39 + X49
- X39 on GV14
- X49 on CV6
- Optional on active days: Energy Enhancer on LU1 (white right, tan left)
Wear during the day, when you're moving. Pairs well with regular strength training.
Soreness & ComfortX39 + IceWave
- X39 on GV14
- IceWave on the sore area, placed with the clock or bracket method
For whole-body achiness, try IceWave on the soles of the feet (KD1): white on the right foot, tan on the left.
Calm & StressX39 + Aeon
- X39 on GV14
- Aeon on CV6, or on CV17 for high-stress days
Wear together during the day. After 2–3 months, many people drop Aeon to 3–5 days a week.
Focus & ClarityX39 + Carnosine + Aeon

- Carnosine behind the right ear (TB17)

Wear daily for 30–60 days, then rotate Aeon and Carnosine every other day.

Use together for 14 days in a row, then keep X39 daily and add Energy Enhancer as needed.

Use Alavida five nights a week. Skin and hair routines reward patience; plan on 6–12 months.

Rotate one Y-Age patch per day with X39 (see the rotation schedule below). Start only after your first month of patching.
