Holistic Health, Both Sides
Most health programs only tell one side of the story. Holistic therapies are either skipped, dismissed, or sold as miracles, and people trying to make real decisions are left to sort it out alone.
This series is different. It’s a non-judgmental resource for alternatives: for each therapy, we share why people choose it, what the research shows, and what to know before you start, so you can research, ask better questions, and make your own choices with practitioners you trust. It’s education, not medical advice.
Why people choose it
How practitioners and patients use each therapy, the thinking behind it, and the experience of those who’ve tried it.
What the research shows
The studies behind each therapy, from lab research to clinical trials, shared plainly.
What to know before you start
Practical safety, quality, and interaction notes, so you can explore with confidence. No doses or protocols here, on purpose.

Why this series?
Because people deserve to know about all of their options, not just the ones mainstream programs cover. This is a non-judgmental resource to help you research and make your own choices.
Does MK Wellness offer these therapies?
Only some. We offer transdermal ozone through our HOCATT sauna and red light therapy. Most therapies in this series are provided by physicians or other licensed practitioners, not at MK Wellness.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s education that presents multiple perspectives, and it deliberately leaves out doses and protocols. Always talk with a qualified provider before trying any therapy or changing any medication.
For general education only, not medical advice. MK Wellness services are wellness services, not medical treatment.
