Longevity & Cellular Health
Longevity isn’t just living longer, it’s staying strong, sharp, and independent for more of those years. Much of that comes down to cellular health: how well your mitochondria make energy and how well your body handles oxidative stress and repair.
This is also the area with the most hype. We try to separate what’s well established, like exercise, sleep, and metabolic health, from what’s promising but early, and we say which is which.
The basics are the biggest levers
Exercise, strength, sleep, and metabolic health have the strongest evidence for a longer healthspan.
Protect the mitochondria
Cellular energy underpins everything from muscle to brain function.
Be honest about the evidence
Newer tools can be worth exploring, as long as we’re clear about how strong the research really is.

Common Questions
What matters most for longevity?
The strongest evidence points to regular exercise including strength training, good sleep, healthy metabolism, not smoking, and strong relationships. Newer tools build on those foundations, they don’t replace them.
What is oxidative stress?
It’s an imbalance between reactive molecules produced in normal metabolism and the body’s ability to neutralize them. Some is normal and even useful. Chronic excess is linked to aging and disease.
Are peptides part of your services?
No. Peptide therapy is a prescription treatment. We don’t source or administer peptides. For clients interested in that route, we refer to EllieMD, a telehealth platform with licensed providers.
