Detox & Immune Support
Your body already has a sophisticated detox system: the liver, kidneys, gut, lymph, lungs, and skin work around the clock to process and clear what you don’t need. Real detox isn’t a juice cleanse. It’s supporting those organs so they can do their jobs, and lowering how much they have to handle in the first place.
The same goes for immunity. A strong immune system starts with the foundations, sleep, a healthy gut, nutrient-dense food, and managing stress, and then natural tools like sauna, ozone, manuka honey, and hypochlorous acid can add support. We cover what each one does, what the research shows, and how to use them safely.
Support the organs, not a cleanse
The liver, gut, kidneys, lymph, and skin do the real detox work. Feed and support them every day.
Lower the load
Fewer toxins going in, from food, water, air, and products, means less for your body to clear.
Use natural tools wisely
Ozone, manuka honey, HOCl, and heat can help, as long as they’re used safely and honestly.

Common Questions
What does “detox” actually mean?
Your liver, kidneys, gut, lymph, lungs, and skin constantly process and remove waste and toxins. Supporting detox means giving those organs what they need, like hydration, fiber, sweat, sleep, and nutrients, and reducing what you’re exposed to.
Is ozone therapy safe?
It depends on how it’s used. Ozone should never be inhaled because it harms the lungs. Transdermal ozone saunas like our HOCATT keep your head outside the chamber. Ozone isn’t an FDA-approved medical treatment, so we offer it as a wellness experience.
What’s the difference between manuka honey and regular honey?
Manuka honey contains much more methylglyoxal (MGO), which gives it stronger antibacterial activity. Look for a UMF or MGO rating to know you’re getting the real thing.
